I never looked that closely at the old parking ticket I used as a !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . Upon checking it, it appears the spelling impaired parking Nazi initially wrote the ticket for “A DUI” instead of “AUDI”. I plead not guilty.

Cheapest DUI ticket ever, though.

Since “A Dui” is definitely a kind of car. Does it list your plate number? Or did they write “A Motel” or something?

Also true.

It listed my plate number correctly, though past ones have screwed it up.

Why are you rocking Belgium police cars in your photo?
![]() 05/21/2015 at 21:38 |

Because Belgium is the only country I’ve found thus far that uses my car as a police car.

I’m willing to wager that Germany and France has A8s as unmarked cars for VIPs and senior staff.
I think the local branches of the Police just get cars from local dealerships where they can get the best deals. Depending upon the jurisdiction I see vehicles ranging from Volvos to SEAT to Jettas and BMWs.
The king’s ride here in Belgium is a Q7 or Q5. He was visiting a museum across the street from me when they had a grand opening (he also has a license plate “A-1” or similar on his car.)
